SOLAREC S.A.

Solarec is a limited society whose capital is owned by the cooperative Laiterie des Ardennes.  Three other shareholders fill in Solarec's capital : Hochwald Foods, Avesnois-Lait and Luxlait.  The milk producers who are composing these four cooperatives are, indirectly, owners of the society.

AVESNOIS - LAIT

Avesnois-Lait is a group of milk producers located, as the name suggests, in the area of Avesnes-Sur-Helpe in the Nothern Department (France).  Since 2011, thes supply their milk to Solarec and became shareholder's in proportion to their milk intake, either 35 million liters.

HOCHWALD FOODS

Since March 2013, the German cooperative Hochwald has become a stockholder of Soalrec.  Howald brings an annual volume of 50 million liters of milk.  It collects and transforms more tha 2 billion liters in Germany.  Its main collection area is located in South-West Germany.

LDA TRANSPORTS

LDA Transports is the logistics subsidiary company of the Laiterie des Ardennes.  It is responsible for carrying out operations of collection and transport of milk from the farm to the user undertakings.  LDA Transports has a fleet of 20 collections trucks, 13 tractors and 45 trailers.  On request, LDA Transports supplies services for third parties.

AHL-DISTRIBUTION S.A.

AHL-DISTRIBUTION is 50% owned by Solarec S.A.  The remaining shares being held by company Hochwald Foods S.A., German Cooperative.  AHL is responsible for the marketing of UHT milk, flavored milk, UHT cream and concentrated milks produced by his two shareholders in markets Benelux and France.

LUXLAIT

Since the first January 2015, Luxlait became a shareholder of Solarec S.A.  Luxlait is a Luxembourg cooperative which have a milk collection in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg of 130 million liters.  The commitment of Luxlait focuse on an annual contribution of 30 million liters to Solarec.
